The Answers You Need

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns on used items. We thoroughly test each unit piece prior to shipment. If your unit or item is damaged during shipping the damaged pieces will be shipped out to you.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Extractor Solutions will accept payment through Paypal and will accept directly the following types of credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Orders usually take less than one business day to process and ship. Orders including extractors or other parts meant to operate under pressure will be processed in 1-2 business days for pressure testing. All shipments are Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery and will arrive in 1-5 business days from the date of shipment.
